We’re pleased to share that the Sacramento County Procurement Alliance (SCoPA) has awarded a new cooperative contract for arborists and tree care services, with Sacramento County serving as the lead agency. Contracts have been awarded to West Coast Arborist, Fallen Leaf Tree, and A Plus Tree, LLC.
This cooperative agreement gives public agencies streamlined access to tree care and plant health care services, supported by comprehensive testing, diagnostics, and analysis.
By leveraging SCoPA’s cooperative purchasing model, agencies can reduce administrative effort through competitively awarded, ready-to-use contracts and maximize collective buying power to support meaningful community outcomes.
